Once a patient has been checked in, a member of our team will take a digital, panoramic image of their teeth so they can get a complete picture of their smile. Dr. Valant will then perform a dental & facial exam, and discuss treatment options. If you’re bringing your child to see us, you’ll be with them the entire time. After you and Dr. Valant have agreed on a plan, our treatment coordinator will go over your fee options and talk about how we can use insurance and/or financing to make everything affordable.
Our patient forms give us a fast, easy way to learn basic information about you or your child, such as your/their dental and medical history and current medications. You can fill them out in the comfort of your own home by downloading them below. Just bring the forms with you when you come in for your appointment, and we’ll be able to check you in with little to no wait!
We understand that orthodontic treatment can be a sizeable investment, which is why we’re happy to work with our patient’s dental insurance to help their care fit easily into their budgets. We accept most PPO dental insurance plans and will even handle the claims process on your behalf to guarantee that you are maximizing your benefits.
